Specialist Crime Directorate virus. Police Central e-crime Unit ransomware

The program titled as above is the new virus that strikes many PCs all over the world nowadays. Not only UK suffers from it but other countries too. UK's Specialist Crime Directorate and its Police Central e-crime Unit have nothing to do with spreading, prompting or distributing this ransomware that you see at the screenshot. This virus hijacks (locks) computers and makes them totally non-functional. Users are not able to do anything with their computers. When they try to reboot their system into safe mode the same hijacked status would remain. The following message would be in front of desktop, instead of the common background.
